Chuck Kern is serving his first term as Wheatland Township Assessor. He previously served as the Township Supervisor from 2013-2017 and prior to that served as Clerk from 2009-2013. A Naperville resident, Mr. Kern is a graduate of the University of Illinois. He is married to Martha and they have two grown sons.
